No house, we are still in our rental. Thank goodness for that! Kids are dong well with school. Samantha sure is growing up the last few weeks. Turning into a big help with Taylor. I even can grab a shower by myself! Taylor is no longer the baby. She still isn't talking but picks up each new sign we show her. Most of the time she signs back to us. Just the over day she walked up to Daddy and signed "cheese" "please" is was cool. And of course we ran to the kitchen and got her some cheese. Kendyl is 9 and going on 15 and driving me INSANE!!! This to shall pass, right? Ashley is getting excited for turning 8 in April. From her baptism to her trip to Disney Land she is going to be one busy little girl. Ethan is starting to calm down a bit. Less fits and more obeying. Can't complain about that! He's learning a ton in school. Still comes home with a tale 10 miles long about his day (sure is a good story teller).
We are adding another member to our family this summer. Baby Higham should be arriving right before school starts. It's going to be a bust summer. With living in Dayton we have decided to drive back to Kadlec to have baby. So I'm making quite a few trips there for doctor's appointments. Because of my fast labors doctor said I better plan on staying with family the week before baby is due because of the 1.5 hour drive (don't need to have baby in the van!) I just pray every day baby will be safe and come when he/she is good and ready (and please in the hospital) We haven't told many people outside of family because I don't need/want to hear peoples bad advice/opinions. Yes I do know what causes a baby, yes we did choose to have another, yes I love each and everyone of my children, yes I know I will be VERY busy, yes I know we need a bigger van. I'm not dumb! I don't get how some persons feel it is their duty to make me feel bad about our choice to expand our family. If you can't be happy and sure in our joy then do this "if you can't say something nice don't say anything at all" huh? do what? oh you mean don't open my big mouth when my words might hurt another.

Yes, I remember all those comments about "another baby." Pretty rude. I say you can't go wrong following the Lord's plan. You are an awesome Mom with an awesome Dad so go girl, go. We are truly ecstatic about your new addition and only feel bad we won't be there to help out!
I think it's awesome that you are going to have another little one. And we get to be pregnant together again, even if it's not for very long!!
Congratulations! I think it's great and we are always asked if their will be a 6th and I just say we'll see! We weren't planning on a 5th but the Lord had other things in mind. I'm sorry you've had such strong reactions, I feel it's because it seems so overwhelming for them. I hope all goes well for you!
